Multiplication matrice - vecteur par codage négabinaire pour la transformée en ondelettes

Wavelet transforms are very effective for analysing the information content of a signal, so how to implement wavelet transforms efficiently becomes a vital task. In this paper, we propose a novel negabinary encoded digital matrix - vector multiplication and an incoherent optical correlator to carry out discrete wavelet transforms. The method has the properties of parallelism, high efficiency and being easy to establish.

A negabinary encoded matrix - vector multiplication for wavelet transforms

La transformée en ondelette est très efficace pour analyser l'information contenu dans un signal, il est donc vital de disposer de systèmes de transformée en ondelette efficaces. Nous proposons dans cet article un nouveau système de multiplication matrice - vecteur par codage négabinaire et un corrélateur optique incohérent pour effectuer des transformées en ondelettes discrètes. La méthode possède l'avantage du parallèlisme, d'une grande efficacité et est simple à réaliser.
