TEACHING PHYSICS

In the on-going search to develop a physics curriculum that is career applicable and that is relevant to everyday situations, it may be time to stop treating dirt like dirt. Soil mechanics is quite interesting and can be a pedagogically useful topic in which to present and analyse many concepts in physics.
