Training graduate teaching assistants to be better undergraduate physics educators

Universities often depend on their graduate students to be undergraduate physics instructors. These novice teachers need to be trained to be effective in the physics teaching environment. This paper describes and documents the content and fiscal components of a successful graduate student teacher-training programme.
