Show affiliationsThe effects of temperature variation on the timebase errors and impulse responses of two 50 GHz bandwidth sampling oscilloscopes and on the pulse parameters of two pulse generators commonly used for oscilloscope calibrations are reported. The observed variations are significant for high accuracy measurements and contribute to the uncertainty of any measurements performed.
