S inside stripe domains near the planar grain boundaries in the sheets of soft magnetic alloys such as Fe-3%Si with orientation (01
) in demagnetized state are investigated. By means of solution of the Landau-Lifshitz equation, the equilibrium magnetization configurations are calculated and mechanisms of their formation are discussed. An existence of 180° domain walls bending under the action of the magnetostatic fields at the grain boundary was theoretically grounded.
