The electrical conductivity, 1g sigma , of Se80Te20-xSx was measured, in the liquid state (225-320 degrees C) as a function of temperature. Increasing sulphur content, 0<or=x<or=20, leads to an increase in the bond concentration (5.0221-5.556 mol cm-3), increase in the activation energy of conduction Esigma (1.33-1.92 eV) and a decrease in both the electrical conductivity, -1g sigma 270 (630-7.32) and density, d (4.554-3.866 g cm-3).
