Kinetic theory of the magnetoviscosity in solid state plasma

I D Vagner

Show affiliations

Kinetic theory of the gyrorelaxation (magnetoviscous damping) of a helicon wave in a degenerate solid state plasma is considered. A general expression for the damping factor of a helicon wave, including an intermediate frequency region, is derived for a first time.
